The Retention Game-Changer: Webinar

Wednesday 12th July, 12pm-1pm (AEST)

It's no secret that staff retention is one of the most important factors in building and maintaining a successful organisation. High employee turnover rates can be costly and disruptive to a company's productivity and overall success.

Whilst pay & perks might get people in the door, the data is showing that it is not enough to get them to stay.  Performance is declining, DEI targets are slipping and stress and burnout are rising.

Join us to discover what’s really driving decisions to leave and the solutions leaders can use to turn things around and create workplaces where people and business thrive.
