Part 1: The Diagnostic
Discover workplace experiences that impact willingness and capacity to contribute with our simple 3 minute survey.
We send this out to all participants ahead of time, ensuring every Masterclass is 100% tailored and informed by your organisation’s own data.
Your SoundCheck is broken up into two parts:
The Diagnostic & The Masterclass.
Part 2: The Masterclass
A 3 hour highly interactive workshop for your leaders (delivered in person or online), incorporating your diagnostic results.
Part 1 (30 mins): A quick introduction to the science that underpins everything we do.
Part 2 (60 mins): Overview of your organisation’s results revealing business risks and compelling opportunities. We also weave insights from our work with hundreds of global leaders and the solutions they’ve applied into their teams.
Part 3 (90 mins): Leaders work together in small groups to practically apply what they've learned and to explore areas to optimise workforce potential.
