    • We meet once a week for an hour at a time

    • Pre-reading/watching is about an hour a week

    • Working on your 90-day plan will take about 30 minutes a week

    • That leaves 30 minutes a week to sit and reflect. ☕

  • We'll have a live Zoom session once a week. I facilitate discussions; you get to work in small groups; I answer your questions.

    The sessions are designed for you to address YOUR specific aspirations and concerns so it's best to attend in real-time.

    That said, I know life gets in the way sometimes, so all classes are recorded.

  • Several ways:

    • I'll stay for 30 minutes after every class to answer questions.

    • You can ask questions in our class channel which I'll monitor.

    • I'll respond by Loom video where needed.

  • No. But I'll empower you to better understand team dynamics and their impact on productivity. I'll teach you a model that will allow you to understand what your team needs from you.

    The combination of your industry, your team and its goals creates a unique scenario that needs specific insights and skills. This course provides these tools to you.

  • You will not want to miss the live sessions because that's where a lot of the magic happens. You'll practice what you've just learned.

    We cover a lot of ground quickly so please make every effort to attend the classes in real-time.

    That said, life happens, so all classes are recorded and made available to you in the student portal.

  • Once you're enrolled refunds will only be given in extenuating circumstances. We can work with you to defer your enrolment to a subsequent cohort, if necessary.

Alex Glassey

The difference between a team performing well or poorly rests, in large measure, on its leader.

In the last 30 years I have led scores of teams, coached hundreds of leaders, and studied leadership in thousands of workers across the world.

I emigrated to Canada as a kid, built a couple of successful companies (after I grew up!) and earned my MBA at Kellogg School of Management. My sole focus in the past five years has been researching my passion:
