• Watch and read the recommended pre-work.
• Show up live to every class and actively participate.
• Update your action items every week.

Allow up to three hours a week for six weeks:
• We meet once a week for an hour at a time
• Pre-reading/watching is about an hour a week
• Working on your 90-day plan will take about 30 minutes a week
• That leaves 30 minutes a week to sit and reflect. ☕

We'll have a live Zoom session once a week. I facilitate discussions; you get to work in small groups; I answer your questions.
The sessions are designed for you to address YOUR specific aspirations and concerns so it's best to attend in real-time.
That said, I know life gets in the way sometimes, so all classes are recorded.

• I'll stay for 30 minutes after every class to answer questions.

We cover a lot of ground quickly so please make every effort to attend the classes in real-time.

Alex Glassey
The difference between a team performing well or poorly rests, in large measure, on its leader.
In the last 30 years I have led scores of teams, coached hundreds of leaders, and studied leadership in thousands of workers across the world.
I emigrated to Canada as a kid, built a couple of successful companies (after I grew up!) and earned my MBA at Kellogg School of Management. My sole focus in the past five years has been researching my passion:
